Baran

Baran is located on the high wooden hills of Dordogne.
Its old houses fit well in the rural landscape. You will be charmed by the shaded paths of the hamlet leading you to the chesnut portals of the different properties.
Sometimes, time seems to have stopped.
Nervertheless, the colors of the hamlet change with the seasons, and its variety of scents might surprise you.
You may also fancy a walk through the woods surrounding Baran and should not be surprised then to catch sight of jays, sparrowhawks, woodpeckers, squirrels, rabbits, deers, does...and even stags!
